In connection with the survey for recepients of green public funding for research and innovation projects in 2020 , the Danish Council for Research and Innovation Policy will be processing personal data. The Danish Council for Research and Innovation Policy has collected your email address from either Independent Research Fund Denmark, Innovation Fund Denmark, Energy Technological Development and Demonstration Programme, Green Development and Demonstration Programme or Environmental Technological Development and Demonstration Programme in order to be able to contact you about your participation in the survey.
The personal data is collected on the basis of Article 6(1)(e) of the General Data Protection Regulation, pursuant to which processing is lawful if:
”processing is necessary for the execution of a task which is in the interest of society"
Participation in the survey is voluntary. If you choose to participate in the survey, your data will be processed as described below.

We will store your contact information until 31 December 2021. Your answers from the survey are journalised according to the rules of the Danish Open Administration Act and will be filed with the Public Record Office according to the rules of the Danish legislation on public records (every 5 years). After delivery to the Public Record Office, a copy will be kept in the ministry for up to 5 years, after which the data will be deleted in the ministry.
