Lene Tanggaard

Vice Chair

Lene Tanggaard is cand.psych., PhD and professor at Aarhus University, and former Rector of Design School Kolding.

She has published more than 150 national and international peer-reviewed articles, close to 50 books and anthologies, and a number of book chapters, along with a large number of opinion pieces and columns. She has also held a wide range of committee and board positions and is a member of the Royal Danish Academy of Sciences and Letters.

Lene Tanggaard is an internationally recognised speaker at research conferences and leads several research projects with a particular focus on vocational education, creativity, and learning processes in the school and education system.

Lene Tanggaard is reappointed for the period 1 April 2026 to 31 March 2029.
